Songs for the Lake

A musical exhibition, made by Marc Aymon (singer-songwriter) and Cyrille Chatelain (painter)

Lake Geneva has inspired millions of pages, verses, paintings, drawings, pictures… and songs. Tunes that everyone knows and others that no one has hummed for ages. Melodies composed by famous musicians and matching words by talented anonymous people, notes that smell of the old days and fresh rhymes.

Because the lake is not silent and because music has its place in museums, the Musée du Léman opens its doors to these songs.
